This Privacy Policy explains how Mind Power Invest collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit mindpowerinvest.com, use our products, services, content, or communicate with us (together, the "Services"). To exercise these rights, see Section 16. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under CPRA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Notice at collection is provided by Section 2 above.

13) Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah residents

Residents of these states may have rights to access, correct, delete, opt out of targeted advertising, and opt out of the sale of personal data. To exercise these rights, see Section 16. Appeals of rights requests can be submitted to the same contact method with "Appeal" in the subject line.

14) EEA and UK residents

For users in the EEA and UK, Mind Power Invest is the data controller for personal data collected through the Services. Our legal bases for processing include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, and compliance with legal obligations.
